基因測(cè)序：鯤鵬kc1源碼方式安裝軟件bedtools

bedtools實(shí)用程序是用于處理基因組信息分析的強(qiáng)大工具集合。 例如，bedtools允許人們以廣泛使用的基因組文件格式（例如BAM，BED，GFF / GTF，VCF）與多個(gè)文件中的基因組間隔相交，合并，計(jì)數(shù)，互補(bǔ)和混洗。 雖然每個(gè)工具都設(shè)計(jì)為執(zhí)行相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單的任務(wù)（例如，將兩個(gè)間隔文件相交），但可以通過在UNIX命令行上組合多個(gè)bedtools操作來進(jìn)行相當(dāng)復(fù)雜的分析。

cpg.bed：人類基因組中的CpG島；

exons.bed：人類基因的RefSeq外顯子；

gwas.bed：在全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)研究（GWAS）中鑒定的與人類疾病相關(guān)的SNP。
