Cell content ?單元格內(nèi)容

Any information you enter into a spreadsheet will be stored in a cell. Each cell can contain different types of content, including?text,?formatting,?formulas, and?functions.在工作表中輸入的內(nèi)容是以單元格為基本單位進(jìn)行存放的，它可以包含很多的不同類別的內(nèi)容，文本、格式、公式和函數(shù)。

Text 文本（字母序列，數(shù)字和日期等，注文本左對(duì)齊）?Cells can contain?text, such as letters, numbers, and dates.

Formatting attributes 格式屬性Cells can contain?formatting attributes?that change the way letters, numbers, and dates are?displayed. For example, percentages can appear as 0.15 or 15%. You can even change a cell's?background color.

格式是單元格內(nèi)容的表現(xiàn)方式，如0.15可以用15%來(lái)表示，也可以更改單元格的背景顏色。

Formulas and functions 公式與函數(shù)Cells can contain?formulas?and?functions?that calculate cell values. In our example, SUM(B2:B8) adds the value of each cell in cell range B2:B8 and displays the total in cell B9.?公式與函數(shù)可以對(duì)單元格中的內(nèi)容運(yùn)行運(yùn)算并得出結(jié)果。

如下例，SUM(B2:B8)是把這個(gè)區(qū)域中的單元格累加，并在B9單元格顯示結(jié)果。

To insert content輸入內(nèi)容

Click a?cell?to select it.

選擇單元格

Type?content?into the selected cell, then press?Enter?on your keyboard. The content will appear in the?cell and the?formula?bar. You can also input and edit cell content in the formula bar.輸入內(nèi)容，回車確認(rèn)。單元格中內(nèi)容出現(xiàn)在單元格與公式欄中。當(dāng)然你也可以在公式欄直接編輯內(nèi)容。

To delete cell content刪除單元格中內(nèi)容

Select the?cell?with content you want to delete.選擇相應(yīng)單元格

Press the?Delete?or?Backspace?key on your keyboard. The cell's contents will be deleted. 按Delete鍵或Backspace 鍵即可。

You can use the?Delete?key on your keyboard to delete content from?multiple cells?at once. The Backspace key will only delete one cell at a time.Delete 可以一次刪除多個(gè)選中單元格內(nèi)容，Backspace一次只能刪除一個(gè)單元格內(nèi)容To delete cells刪除單元格

There is an important difference between?deleting?the content of a cell?and?deleting the cell itself. If you delete the entire cell, the cells below it will?shift?up?and replace the deleted cells.刪除單元格與刪除單元格的內(nèi)容是兩碼事！如果刪除單元格，下方的單元格會(huì)上移替換原來(lái)的單元格。

Select the?cell(s)?you want to delete.選擇要?jiǎng)h除的單元格

Select the?Delete?command from the?Home?tab on the?Ribbon. 選擇刪除命令。

The cells below will?shift?up.下方的單元格會(huì)上移替換原來(lái)的單元格
